1.       Are you a factory or trading company?

We are factory professional in development, producing and sales of electric heater and cooling fan. Anyway, we could offer you sourcing service on relevant products if you need.

2.        What’s your main product?

We have 2 main product lines. One is electric heater, the other is electric cooling fan.

1)      Electric Heater: convection heater, mica heater, bathroom fan heater, glass panel heater, radiant panel heater, patio heater

2)      Electric Cooling Fan: tower fan, stand fan, table fan, industrial fan

3.       May I have a sample for testing before bulk order?

Yes, it’s no problem to offer you 1pc sample for evaluation and testing before bulk order.

4.       How much is the sample charges?

Normally, the sample charges will be double of our FOB unit price. Pls feel free to tell us your sourcing information, then we could offer you best FOB unit price.

5.       How long can I get a sample?

1)      If model is available in stock, we could send it within 2 days after quality checking and testing.

2)      If model is not available in stock, we need to arrange material purchasing, it will takes around 5-10 days, which depends on the material return date.  

6.       How’s your MOQ?  

Our MOQ is 1x20’GP for one model. But as trial order, we accept 2 models mix in a 20’GP. But the less qty, the higher FOB price.

7.       How long is your lead time?

1)      Fan: 35 days normally

2)      Heater: 35 days normally

8.       How’s your payment Terms?

1)      Sample order: Paypal/ TT/ Wechat Pocket/ Alipay preferred

2)      Bulk order: TT, LC at sight, OA 30 days (for top client only)

9.       Do you accept RMB payment?

Yes, for sample order, we accept RMB payment to our boss private account or our Wechat pocket.

10.   Where is your factory? How can we arrive there?

Dear friend, our factory is in Dongsheng Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.

1)      If you are coming by ferry from Hongkong, we could pick you up in Zhongshan Port.

2)      If you are coming from Shenzhen/ Guangzhou, you may take the Railway to XiaoLan Zhongshan Station, we could pick you up there.

3)      If you have other visit plans in Zhongshan, we could pick you up from our factory to the next.
